Submit an illustrator's portfolio
We are delighted that you are placing your trust in us and are considering KOSMOS publishing company as a possible publication venue for your illustration.
Feel free to send us, - without obligation - your portfolio or some recent, colored samples of your work using the form below.
As we receive a large number of offers every day, it may take some time to check your documents. Therefore, please refrain from making inquiries by telephone or in writing. If you have piqued our interest with your work sample, we will be happy to get in touch with you.
Please note the following:
- Please inform yourself in advance about our publishing program on our homepage to make sure that your illustrations could fit into our publishing program.
- In regards to illustrations, it is important that we can see your entire range of illustration skills on the basis of your work samples.
- Please only submit samples/documents via the contact form.
Unfortunately, printed manuscripts or illustrations as well as letters, CDs or handwritten texts cannot be considered.

Ihre Illustrationen bei KOSMOS
Wir freuen uns, dass Sie uns Ihr Vertrauen schenken und den KOSMOS Verlag als möglichen Erscheinungsort für Ihre Illustration in Erwägung ziehen.
Sie können uns - unverbindlich – Ihr Portfolio oder einige neuere, farbige Arbeitsproben per Formular zusenden. Da wir täglich sehr viele Angebote erhalten, kann die Prüfung Ihrer Unterlagen einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Sehen Sie daher bitte von telefonischen und schriftlichen Nachfragen ab. Wenn Sie mit Ihrer Arbeitsprobe unser Interesse geweckt haben, setzen wir uns gerne mit Ihnen in Verbindung.
Bitte beachten Sie dabei Folgendes:
- Informieren Sie sich bitte vorab auf unserer Homepage über unser Verlagsprogramm, um sicher zu gehen, dass Ihre Illustrationen in unser Verlagsprogramm passen könnten.
- Bei den Illustrationen ist es wichtig, dass wir anhand Ihrer Arbeitsproben Ihre gesamte illustratorische Bandbreite einsehen können.
- Bitte senden Sie uns Ihre Unterlagen ausschließlich per Formular.
Manuskripte oder Illustrationen in Papierform, Briefe, CDs oder handschriftliche Texte können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden.
